Help with Yoo Taxi Rider or Yoo Taxi Driver
Contact the YOO TAXI team for help with a ride, your account or the Driver app.

What to include
- Which app you use: Yoo Taxi Rider or Yoo Taxi Driver.
- A short explanation of what happened and what help you need.
- The ride reference and approximate date/time, if the issue concerns a ride.
- Your phone model and app version, if the issue is technical.
- A screenshot if useful, with unrelated personal information hidden.
Never send passwords, login verification codes or full payment-card details. Please do not attach identity documents to an ordinary support enquiry. If account verification is necessary, ask us about the appropriate secure process.
Rider support
We can be contacted about bookings, pickup or destination issues, scheduled rides, cancellations, fare questions, account access and lost property. For lost property, include the ride reference and a description of the item, but avoid unnecessary personal details.
Driver support
Driver accounts are created by YOO TAXI. Contact us about company account setup or document review, account access, going online, location updates, ride assignments, trip records and earnings or settlement questions. Identify your Driver account when needed to locate the issue, but never disclose its password or verification code.
Privacy and account-deletion requests
Use info@yootaxi.al for privacy questions or account-deletion requests too. Specify whether the request concerns Rider, Driver or both.
Read the Privacy Policy and Account Deletion page for the relevant information. Sending a support message or uninstalling the app does not automatically erase an account.
Urgent safety situations
If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. YOO TAXI support is not an emergency service. Do not rely on email for an immediate response.
